    They are a good solid vehicle,simple and reliable.being a novice to utes I didn't realise they have a pretty bouncy ride when unladen.i was in the middle of town.would recommend open highway if possible on test drive so you can check for any clutch slip in higher gears and revs.not possible in town.

    Since purchasing my Ute, it's been awesome, it has so much grunt, economically good on diesel despite it being a big 3L Truck. I've done a trip out of Auckland and many more to come, very spacious and ticks everything off my box.

    A well equipped ute. Comfortable to drive, plenty of power and piece of mind with the various safety features present. In my opinion, this generation of Ranger / BT-50 combines the best of older utility styling with modern tech and safety features tucked away inside. The diesel engine has a decent fuel rating, more than enough power and responds quickly through the 5-speed manual transmission; very smooth.
