    Was always a Ford Territory for me before but the Pathfinder has just as much space in the back (for my dogs) and is more stylie. Smooth to drive and tows the caravan well.

    Only negative I’ve noticed is in the CVT gearbox. I knew they were a little louder than normal. But after a longer drive you def notice it.

    engine size makes it great for road trips and despite it's size, the fuel economy is pretty good. smooth automatic transmission/gear change adds to the comfort. great leg and head room for our tall family in the back/passenger seats -critical in our choice of SUV. longer wheel base and heavier frame makes parking in central suburbs of Auckland a challenge though.
