    The quality of the vehicle descriptions on all of your listings is appalling. It makes me wonder if you even want to sell the vehicles. The lack of information and effort shows a clear disinterest in your customers needs and a complete disregard for their pain points. Nothing about your advertising or sales process suggests that you are trying to make it easier for your customer, it’s all about making it easy for your people and your compliance needs. I felt like a was being passed around like parcel going from James to your “business manager” and then on to an administrator. All of those tasks could have been completed by a single person and provided me a far more consistent experience leaving me feeling more valued.
